Back in Blk

Black will always be my preferred color of choice. I think most people don't think of black as being a usual summer wardrobe color but in my opinion it is always a staple color no matter what the season. This summer I have gone for more of what I like to call a "Gothic Summer Flower Child" vibe and for now am in love with it. 

Finally

Am pretty sure everyone's seen these shoes, but my pair just came in the mail after having to return a pair because I got the wrong size and then they didn't have my size. That was last september, but I finally got mine and am in love. What can I say they are beautiful and everything that I hope for. The color is just perfect not to bright and not to dark and the heigth just how I prefer it High. For some weird reason I've been purchasing quite a lot of shoes that are navy or have navy incorporated in them. Hummm. I can't wait to put up an outfit around these bad boys.

Nails

I've been crazy in love with doing my nails lately and even more in love with the claw nail trend that seems to be in full force. The top two images are of my current and previous nails that btw I do myself. I get a lot of my inspiration for nails from tumblr I think its the best place for nail art inspiration.

You know when your shopping and you see something that catches your eye but your unsure weather to buy it. Then a few weeks pass by and you think to yourself " I should of got that". Will that's the story with these, I saw them on NastyGal, feel in love with them and never got around to buying them. Ever since then they have been on my mind, so I set out to find them for my LA trip. Thankfully they were easy to find especially on ebay for half the original price, which in my book is always better. I love how they look like a classic pair of sunglasses but can easily be worn at night or indoors by just snapping off the tinted lens.

  

Ad fun

Since i've been on youtube lately, I wanted to share some of my favorite ad campaigns. The Lanvin ad reminds of a night that my friends and I played the wii dance game. It always brings a smile to my face. The Prada ad's are simply amazing, I love them visually they are very inspirational.  The SS2011 just makes me want to get up and dance.

Currently lusting over the Black Victorian Dr. Martens. I know that there are a few websites where I could get them, but am not quite sure if i should commit to them at the moment. I've been hunting through ebay crossing my fingers for a pair but haven't had any luck yet. Hopefully I could find a great pair before am off to Coachella. 

Can't Have One With Out the Other

Music and Fashion go together like PB&J, sure you can have both separately but when you combine the two it's magical. Discovering new artist and listening to all types of music doesn't only fuel me but inspire my creativity especially when it comes to my personal style.
